Qualifications
I am certified by Applied Metapsychology International
as a facilitator (who delivers one-on-one client sessions)
and as a Senior Trainer (teaching others the principles
and techniques of trauma and life-stress reduction).
I am a registerd psychotherapist (RP) and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I am licensed as a teacher by the Ontario College
of Teachers (OCT). I have earned a Bachelor of Arts from Laurentian
University, Sudbury; a Master of Education from the
University of Western Ontario, London; and Supervisory
Officer (Ontario Ministry of Education) and Mediation
(Windsor University) qualifications.
I retired from my position as Director of Education
with an Ontario school board in 2006. Since that time
I have been trained and certified to help clients individually
and, more broadly, to train professionals to use the
tools of Applied Metapsychology.
I am currently

Personal
My husband, Harry, and I are committed to helping others
by expanding the use of Applied Metapsychology. We are
passionate in our belief that people can live more fulfilling
lives with the knowledge and application of Applied
Metapsychology techniques.
I have 5 children,10 grandchildren, and strong family
connections. I have been active in community theatre,
school drama and choir for many years. Today I enjoy
walks, snowshoeing, swimming, Pilates, theatre and especially
spending time with family.
